About HTFAI and how we test

HTFAI stands for How To Fund with AI. It is an independent publication about one narrow question: how do people actually make money using AI, and what does the work look like from the inside?

Experience first, publishing second

Nothing goes live until the income stream has been run for at least one full month. That means real client work, real payouts, real refunds and real tool bills. When something failed, the article says so and explains what changed after.

How numbers are verified

  1. Every figure is traced back to an invoice, payout dashboard or bank line.
  2. Tool costs are taken from the actual subscription receipts for that month.
  3. Time spent is logged while working, not estimated later.
  4. Screenshots are described in prose so readers can reproduce the same view.

How AI is used here

AI is a drafting and research tool on this site, never the final author. A human runs each workflow, edits every section, checks the claims and takes responsibility for what is published. Each article carries a short disclosure saying exactly that.

Advertising and affiliate disclosure

HTFAI is funded by display advertising and, in some articles, affiliate links. Ad placements are clearly labelled and sized in advance so they never push content around. No advertiser or affiliate program gets to influence a recommendation, and tools we stopped using are named as such.

Limitations

Results on this site are personal results from specific markets and specific months. They are not projections and not financial advice. AI pricing, platform rules and demand all change quickly, so check dates before acting on any number.
